Semper Electric, Inc. is wholly owned by Gina Stone, with the corporate office located in Paso Robles, CA, providing electrical and civil construction services throughout the state of California.  

Semper has proven itself to be strong, visionary, and consistent company. We are great at creating quality construction teams, working only with the best contractors and suppliers to help clients meet their safety and production goals.

Semper Electric is also a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) company, an IBEW union contractor, and signatory with California IBEW locals.

In 2008, Semper's first full year of business, we provided over 25,000 hours of construction service with an excellent safety record and high quality work. Since that time, Semper has grown to providing 300,000+ man hours in 2015 and exceeding that in 2016. When you consider the huge cost savings we have brought to every project, it's easy to see why we quickly became the industry leader.
